Gourcuff played five times for les Girondins during April, helping them remain in contention for the Ligue 1 title by winning all four of their league games. Bordeaux playmaker Yoann Gourcuff is likely to head back to Milan as coach Laurent Blanc admits his star man wants a Serie A return.
The French ace, who is on loan at Bordeaux from the Rossoneri until the end of the season, has been a phenomenon in Ligue 1 this term, scoring 11 times for les Girondins to date. Blanc claims the Milan-owned man is ready to go back to Italy.
"Gourcuff wants to return to Milan," Blanc told L'Equipe.
Milan want €15 million from the French side if they are to keep him permanently, however, with this latest development, this seems unlikely to happen.

French league title contenders Bordeaux have received a boost with reports today that star playmaker Yoann Gourcuff wants to negotiate a permanent move from AC Milan.
Gourcuff has recently been Bordeaux's inspiration, scoring four goals in the last three games to take his league tally to 10, only three behind the team's top scorer, Fernando Cavenaghi.
With four rounds remaining, Bordeaux are level on 68 points with Marseille at the top of the league, trailing on goal difference ahead of Wednesday's match at Valenciennes. Marseille are at Nice on the same night.
Coach Laurent Blanc remains hopeful the club will release the necessary funds to sign the France international.
