Milan’s Adriano Galliani Rubbishes Claims By Kaka’s Detractors

Galliani has no doubt that Kaka wants to remain at Milan and attacked all those who raised an eyebrow about the player’s willingness to play for the Rossoneri.
Milan forward Riccardo Kaka suffered another injury last month against Reggina which has kept him away from the playing field for the past few weeks.
Some critics commented that the former Golden Ball winner was not really enthusiastic about playing for the Rossoneri, hence his slow recovery, but general manager Adriano Galliani came out to defend his player.
“The first one who thinks that Riccardino has no desire to return to play, is crazy,” declared the Milan director, as reported by AcMilan.com.
“Ricardo Kaka has a desire to return to play which is the same of Milan of having him on the pitch."
Galliani added, “Kaka played for more than a year with a pain to his knee and it is also for this reason that it’s not true that he does not want to return." ... Read more »

Kaka: I'll Be Back For Milan When The Pain Stops

Milan star Kaka has said he does not yet know when he will be able to get back to playing for the Rossoneri...

One reason for Milan’s tough season and the ensuing pressure on coach Carlo Ancelotti has been Kaka's injury-plagued campaign.

The Brazilian international’s latest blow came last month in Milan’s game against Reggina, and it is still unclear when he will return, Datasport reports.

Kaka said, “I’ll be back as soon as the pain in my foot is under control. It’s unfortunate because the area I hurt comprises of several tendons that keep getting inflamed.

“I did play a year once with a bad knee but, until last week, this was unbearable and it still hurts.”

Milan’s vice-president, Adriano Galliani, has defended the 26-year-old.

“Anyone who thinks Kaka does not want to come back as soon as he can needs their head examined,” he declared.
